Can You Give Me A Quotation?

Yes we’d be delighted to. A quote can be obtained for every product on the site but entering the measurements of your window into the width and drop boxes on each product page. However if you would be more comfortable speaking to us we would be only to happy to give you a quotation over the phone.

How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders over £99. Orders under £99 are charged at £6.95 per order for all Mainland UK postcodes. Deliveries to postcodes outside the standard mainland will incur a surcharge. The surcharge for delivery outside the UK mainland postcodes can be obtained by contacting us for a quotation.

Do The Blinds Come Ready To Fit?

Yes they do. All fixings required for fitting the blind are supplied in the packaging. Fitting instructions can be downloaded from our Measuring & Fitting Instructions page here.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet?

Give us a call on 01614520784 and we will track your order, alternatively e-mail us to sales@shop4blinds.co.uk will all your order information and we will reply as soon as possible.

What If I Am Not In For Delivery?

The delivery company will make two attempts to deliver at the address provided when you ordered. On each occasion they will leave a calling card. You can call them direct to organise another delivery time. After the third attempt the delivery will be brought back to shop4blinds and you will need to pay a surcharge for a repeat delivery. Alternatively you can request the delivery is made to a different address that you know can accept the delivery.

Where Are My Samples?

All sample requests are posted out the same day if there are ordered before 12 noon. If your samples have not arrived, they may have got lost in the post. Just drop us a quick e-mail stating your order number and we will re-post them out to you.

The Blinds Don’t Fit?

All our blinds are made to measure therefore they are not refundable. If we made an error we will be happy to replace the blind. We will not offer a refund until we have had a chance to rectify an error we have made.
